Ultimate KettleBells

This sessions will kick your fitness goals into high gear! Functional, compound exercises work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, developing strength and muscular endurance as well as burning calories. Working with the kettlebell is combined with body weight exercises for an all-round heart-pumping workout!

Burn It

Designed for all fitness levels this fun, high energy class will improve your strength, agility and stamina. A circuit combining strength and core work with cardio, this class will safely push you out of your comfort zone while still having fun and the results are real.

Tabata

Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, or both, this class will provide what you are looking for.

TRX Blast

Join George, a certified and experienced TRX Trainer. This session will challenge the most seasoned athlete but is also suited to beginners looking to improve stamina, strength and performance. TRX is an ever-changing high intensity workout.

Pure TRX

New to TRX? No problem! Let Megan teach you the moves. Get your full body strength, mobility and stretch work done in one class! Increase metabolism, improve joint mobility, build strong sore foundational support, and increase muscular strength and endurance all with functional movements with the TRX.

Pump It Up

Group barbell class that challenges every major muscle group in your body. High reps boost your endurance and speeds up your metabolism while instructor, Sam's enthusiasm and singing keep you going!!.

Legs & Glutes

Are you looking to sculpt, define and tone your legs? If so, this is the class for you. This 'Legs & Glutes' workout class will build your glutes, boost the metabolism and increase your strength and endurance.

HIIT

HIIT class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before the busy days get started.
