We are thrilled to announce the launch of our exciting new fitness classes designed to keep you motivated and energized! Whether you want to shake up your routine or try something new, we've got you covered.

NEW GROUP CLASSES

Core & Calm: Abs & Stretch Class
Monday at 12pm with Natalie

Sculpt your core and unwind with our Core & Calm class! In just 40 minutes, you will power through targeted mat exercises to tighten and tone your abs, followed by a relaxing stretch sequence to release tension and boost flexibility.


Band Power: Strength & Tone
Tuesday at 1pm with Amie

Use resistance bands to sculpt and tone your entire body, targeting key muscle groups for maximum impact. Perfect for all fitness levels, Band Power combines strength training and dynamic movements to build lean muscle, enhance endurance, and improve flexibility.


Balance Boost: Stability Ball Sculp
Wednesday at 1pm with Kay

Join our Stability Ball Fitness Class and discover how to sculpt your body, enhance balance, and boost core strength! Perfect for all fitness levels, this class is designed to challenge your stability and coordination while providing a full-body workout.


Swing into Shape: Kettlebells
Thursday at 1pm with Amie

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our kettlebell class is adaptable to all fitness levels. With just one piece of equipment, you'll engage in a workout that's as efficient as it is effective.

ROWING CLASSES
New start time of 12.15pm and an additional 5:30pm Monday class
