We're happy to bring you our video of the month from our superstar trainer, George. He is benching and squatting his body weight in this routine. February's video of the month is a 'Giant Superset'.


This video gives a snippet of this routine but the full details of the workout are as follows: 

Bench Press - 20 Reps with 165 lbs
Squats - 20 Reps with 165 lbs 
Clean & Press - 10 Reps with 80 lbs

Do 3 sets and take 3 minutes to rest in between. Of course, you can tailor the weight to your abilities, but go hard and leave comments after you've tried it.
