Join Chris twice a week at Sessions on Mondays and Thursdays, starting from June 8th at 6:30 pm. BoxFit is an eight session intensive circuit style cardio boxing workout designed to get your heart pumping.
This 45-minute session incorporates a variety of conditioning exercises in a fun and motivating environment. Adding BoxFit to your existing workout regime will take your fitness to the next level. Boxing increases triceps and bicep strength while sculpting deltoids, legs, and burning calories.
Members and non-members are welcome (must sign up and pay in advance at Court House). Suitable for all fitness levels.
