We are launching a boutique-style 6-week Barre program designed to sculpt, tone, and rebalance the body. This pilot program will serve as a test for potentially adding Barre to the full-time class schedule. Help us build something great!

PROGRAM BREAKDOWN

Week 1: Barre Basics

Start strong by mastering the essentials. This foundational class focuses on posture, alignment, and classic barre movements. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to refine their form.

Week 2: Block & Burn

Get ready to level up! This week we introduce the yoga block to deepen isometric holds, enhance alignment, and challenge your balance and coordination.

Week 3: Ball & Balance

Add some instability for major core activation. With the barre ball in play, we'll focus on controlled, small-range movements to sculpt the abs, glutes, and thighs.

Week 4: Circle of Strength

Say hello to the Pilates circle! This prop intensifies resistance for inner thighs, arms, and glutes while maintaining the grace and precision of barre technique.

Week 5: Band Together

The resistance band brings a new burn. We'll focus on full-body sculpting with emphasis on dynamic resistance training to tone and lengthen muscles.

Week 6: Barre Blend

It's time to bring it all together! This final mashup class combines your favorite moves and props from the entire bootcamp for a powerful, full-body celebration of strength and grace.
