With the barre ball in play, we'll focus on controlled, small-range movements to sculpt the abs, glutes, and thighs. Week 4: Circle of Strength Say hello to the Pilates circle! This prop intensifies resistance for inner thighs, arms, and glutes while maintaining the grace and precision of barre technique. Week 5: Band Together The resistance band brings a new burn. We'll focus on full-body sculpting with emphasis on dynamic resistance training to tone and lengthen muscles. Week 6: Barre Blend It's time to bring it all together!
