Exciting New Classes
Monday 11am (40 minutes) Pilates with Sam
Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. This mat-based workout is designed to develop leaner, longer-looking muscles, establish core strength and stability and heighten mind-body awareness. Light equipment will be incorporated.
Tuesday 5:20pm Yoga (55 minutes) – All around Flow with Brandon
Offering a combination of Vinyasa and Hatha style yoga, this class is structured around a balanced flow, moderate holds, postural alignment and core work. All skill levels are welcome and any modifications needed are encouraged. Listen to your body and give your best effort.
Wednesday 7am Yoga (40 minutes) – Energizing Flow with Michelle
Start your day with intention and focus. Wake up your body with a smooth and integrated stretching routine, which can sharpen focus and calm your mind. Those who feel creaky, or just sore from a workout the day before, move fluidly through a practice to check in with yourself and gently release any stiffness and tightness in your body. Slowly stretch in all directions, moving with your breath so you can begin your day on the right foot.
Wednesday 11am (40 minutes) - Total Core with Brandon
A fun packed 40 minutes designed to tone, build and strengthen the abdominal muscles. Total Core uses various skills and techniques to target the core muscles, including floor routines, full body stretches and fast-paced exercise.
Wednesday 6:30pm (55 minutes) – Ultimate Kettlebells with Brandon (class changes every month)
Kettlebell training will help kick all of your fitness goals into high gear! This class will give you functional, compound exercises for multiple muscle groups simultaneously, developing strength and muscular endurance as well as burning calories. Working with the kettlebell is combined with body weight exercises for an all around heart-pumping workout!
Friday 11am (40 minutes) – Pure TRX with Megan
New to TRX? No problem! Megan will help you to get your strength, mobility and stretch workout done in one class! Increase your metabolism, improve joint mobility, build strong core foundational support, and increase muscular strength and endurance all with functional movements using the TRX.
