Indoor Air Quality

The air supply in Court House is provided via its own air handling unit. This unit supplies cool air through ceiling mounted ductwork throughout the entire Club. Return air is then pulled back to the air handling unit where it is filtered, re-conditioned and then discharged as cool air. Added to the supply is a variable supply of fresh air. The return air is monitored for temperature, humidity and carbon dioxide levels in part per million (PPM). Based on these CO2 levels the amount of fresh air needed is adjusted to maintain a user adjustable setpoint. This ensures that the Club is always adequately supplied with fresh, clean, cool air.

All of these set points are adjustable and the system can be configured for different levels of comfort. The building management system will allow every zone within the facility to be individually controlled and monitored by the management. The system can even be setup to email out notifications if any parameter deviates from its set point.

Indoor air quality will be maintained to LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standards. These are standards set for every aspect of air quality that have to be met initially and maintained ongoing.
