Practicing yoga truly changed my life. My yoga journey started in 2017 at a time when I was looking for clarity. I started to recognise the power of breath and body awareness and the shift that it created in my life. Guiding a community through the practice of yoga is very special to me as I see it as a way to heal, learn, expand and find appreciation and gratitude in the simple things. I encourage freedom, intuition and fluidity in movement and welcome you to move your body in a way that feels best for you.
