Now offering virtual classes
As we are currently unable to serve you with physical locations, we have organized virtual classes with your favourite Court House trainers to keep you healthy and active during a time when powering through a good workout will do your body and mind wonders.
We will start by offering 3 classes per week. To serve you with ongoing fitness solutions and support. As we are unable to open Court House at this time, we are offering the classes to all members. Once we reopen, the outdoor and virtual classes will only be available to those members who keep their membership active and continue to support Court House.
This is a members-only platform that is designed to keep you fit and keep us connected as a fitness community. The class schedules are on Gigasports where you can browse the class schedule as normal, under the SESSIONS ONLINE Tab.
The classes open three days before at 7am and closes two hours before it starts. Registered class participants will receive a Zoom invitation link to join the live virtual class.
Brandon, George, Megan, and Sam will be running classes throughout the week and they are offering Yoga, Body Weight HITT, Barre, Core n More and Pilates classes. Help us keep our trainers going and they will keep delivering the fitness medicine to help you stay mentally and physically fit.
